2020-09-03 at 1:39 AM UTCWhat is the big fucking deal? I have 4G and it's fast enough for me.

2020-09-03 at 1:43 AM UTCthe reason they're pushing 5G isn't so much for the speed increase as it is to allow far more devices to connect to a single tower
it's almost a prerequisite for driverless cars, 'smart cities' and a bunch of other awful things -

I hear you, like most things tech though, when things are released they are almost obsolete. -

I am disconnecting while the world is trying to connect. -

2020-09-03 at 9:02 PM UTCI had a guy out from my ISP to upgrade the connection lately. It's a wireless ISP, so they deal with masts, dishes, etc.
Apparently he's been confronted a few times by angry people going up to him and demanding to know if he was installing 5G. It's apparently a real nuisance, especially in town. -
2020-09-03 at 9:05 PM UTCc'mon guys -- it'll be only be like living inside of a microwave!

2020-09-03 at 9:13 PM UTCThey need the 5G for the neural net brain interfaces with the satellites. The nano-technology will be in the vaccines, which will form the neural net in the host body. The facial recognition and bio-identification systems will need to be networked in with the 5G towers and the host networks in the new cashless society. The "New Normal, as they like to call it.

Electrical Prescriptions (ElectRx)
The ElectRx program aims to help the human body heal itself through neuromodulation of organ functions using ultraminiaturized devices, approximately the size of individual nerve fibers, which could be delivered through minimally invasive injection.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brain–computer_interface
A brain-computer interface (BCI), sometimes called a neural-control interface (NCI), mind-machine interface (MMI), direct neural interface (DNI), or brain-machine interface (BMI), is a direct communication pathway between an enhanced or wired brain and an external device. BCI differs from neuromodulation in that it allows for bidirectional information flow. BCIs are often directed at researching, mapping, assisting, augmenting, or repairing human cognitive or sensory-motor functions.
