   peaking at a New Hampshire campaign rally on Friday night, President Trump said Democratic vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris is "not competent" enough to become the first female president.
   Trump instead suggested that his daughter, Ivanka, would be a much better fit for the role.
   "They're all saying, 'We want Ivanka!'" he said. "I don't blame them."
