i am running for a seat on my local city council

   its official, i am running for city council for 2017! some old lady's term is up and i am about to take her seat! there is a chance i could run unopposed! that means if there is nobody running for that seat except for me, i could easily win by any vote.
   
   i know i can easily get supporters from the medical marijuana community to vote for me.
   
   i think i can easily get elected and put on city council!
   
   any advice or suggestions?

   i just filed the paperwork to run. i have just a high school diploma and little college. there was a guy who was broke and unemployed and only had a high school diploma, he ran for state representative and actually WON!
