Let's say Martial law was instituted in the United States, through curfews, road side checks, etc etc. The National Guard was deployed everywhere.
As a result, civilian on civilian murder drops to about 100 cases a year. However military/police murder skyrockets to 8000 people a year, in what are essentially "extra-judicial" killings for people breaking curfew, fleeing the military, collateral damage etc etc.
Would this be more or less acceptable to you than the current situation of over 16,000 homicides a year?

A nation-wide blackout is coming. 10 days long. During which time, all the traitors will be rounded up and executed.
