   We went and looked at a nice apartment.
   It had a balcony and a dishwasher and a walk in closet and lots nicer and carpet
   but...
   It was on the 3rd floor.
   And it was an apartment complex.
   The view off the balcony was of dead trees and 15 or so hispanics that were no doubtably all living in a 1 bedroom.
