Females are geared toward emotion, not logic, so when you fill the power structure with females, you end up with what we're looking at right now. Seems sexist and chauvinistic, but it's actually not. It's just a fact. Females and males operate on different wavelengths. Not to say either wavelength is "bad, it's just that they're different. And when you put an emotional wavelength in charge, you find out very quickly that everything will be emotional, not logical.
