I jus remembered .. I used to get sleep paralysis at the building I grew up in ..like all the time
But I was a kid and a teen living there so I didn’t know what it was
I just remembered waking up but not being able to move and in my mind I’d tell myself okay Tara on the count of three scream and you’ll be able to get up ..
I’d go 1, 2, 3 ahhhh!!!! But It was only screaming in my mind ... I couldn’t do it

I finally told my step mom about it one day and she referred to it as
