Both of you will probably have to quit in order for it to work. That’s good though, it’s good to have a “quitting buddy”. You can encourage each other or make little bets along the way. Imagine the amount of money you’d save. 1 pack a day, at $6 a pack, (which is cheap), that’s $180 a month, $2,160 a year. And if you both quit you’ll have your vacation money in no time. Your vacation could be your goal and reward for quitting. 👍🏻

Try the patches and slowly move down. It helps remove the desire to consume nicotine regularly.

Take a half cup of water and dump butts into it. Let that stew for a couple of days, and then any time you want a smoke, smell it. If you still want to smoke after smelling, sip a bit of the water.
