    Nope. That's not how zee law works in free countries...it only matters for sentencing. Each case is tried individually...previous criminal history is not submitted as it can influence the Jury's decision. Past behavior is not indicative of current/future behavior.

    I use to shit my pants for example as a young babe, as an old babe I never/rarely do that.
