   I would say that is a fair assessment, although i would like to think the flavor of insanity is determined by the root emotion that is experienced the most intensely during such a period of time.

   I have psycho urges but still have the ability to contain them, yet that ability seems to be eroding with every passing day

   I was wondering the same thing. Picturing a guy locked in solitary confinement with absolutely nothing to occupy his time. Literally a room with a toilet, and a mat to sleep on. Nothing else. Maybe some consistent calliope music playing on a loop. Either way, I'm sure it wouldn't take long to go mad, but what does that entail when your madness can't be shared with the world and you're still stuck in your tiny box for the rest of your life? Full psycho might be obtained but it's a totally different psycho than the guy who goes crazy 'on the outs' as they say.
