I just got the very rare full flow in both nostrils now the pleasure is dying down and the other sides sealing off

I hears they have a surgery where they stuff air bags into your sinuses and blow them up with TNT like an airbag and it TORALLY FCKS your face up like someone bashed your face out from the inside with a hammer and it will let you heal up amd be fill flow all the time. But then ot slowly collapses qnd next year you need it again

I’ve heard that from my patients. I call it getting your sinuses roto rootered. It does leave some people’s faces really bruised up, my Aunt has it done, and I’ve also heard it doesn’t last long.

LOL I'm reading about it, i'd probably get my face rooted if insurance paid for it.
