I dont know Polish laws but something like this is easily tossed out in court in any remotely democratic system. This guy is gonna be a lonely perv once again soon who certainly wont be getting 3 free meals a day. -

Majority of the guests of that retarded show had the cases against them dismissed because it was ruled entrapment. Why do you think the show took an early retirement shortly after debuting? It was a farce. -

7 seasons over 6 years and only one guy was ever acquitted. His name was Joseph Roisman. All other charges stuck. -

Those are dead-end cases with no legal validity. Few resulted in actual prosecution. -
