Don't they have any put away in case they need to help out themselves?

I love reading and watching about how Jeff Bezos toures a Whole Foods and walked around dressed in his filthy rich clothes pretending like he gives a fuck about any of his employees.
As far as he is concerned its all a machine and people are just replaceable parts?
