I like to think I am borderline successful. My bills are paid timely, I have money in savings, money in my 401, life insurance that will sustain my children for a few years if something dreadful were to happen to me, I fold my clothes when I pull them out of the dryer, I have one debt left to pay off which will be completed by June ... and I got a fantastic rating on my annual review at work so my competitive score is currently 13 points above the average for my current pay band. (Increase of promotion potential as well as moving to a new location)
