The thing about these high level bureaucracies is that just to get in the entry levels are so high that you kinda need to be highly educated, not to have made any screwups, be from a rich family, have gone to the best schools, and have had no disadvantage or hardship in life. You can't have wasted any time on anything that isn't career focused either.
In other words you need to be entirely sheltered, be thoroughly indoctrinated, have no real world experience, display no independent thought, and have zero intellectual curiosity about the world around you.
It's no surprise that they wind up so dysfunctional. -

They still list Cannabis the same way the US Federal Government has it classified as. That's the reason states can only legalize it and the federal government can't do anything because they have to look good for the kikes at the UN.
Canada want's to leave the UN because they say our poor native communities are human rights abuses or some shit, fuck them they don't understand how cold it is here.
