because this movie was definitely, definitely made by the nonces, to the nonces, and for the nonces. now even if we ignore what the little actress who played little Nina did / had to do on the casting couch to get the role,
even if we ignore all that that goes on behind the scences in hollywood, the movie itself is still loaded up to the brim with and chocked full of noncesenses if you would just watch it closely and see in between the pixels.
yes, on the surface it seems like its a story about a gungho pedo-basher for hire going on a paid geehard against pedos, but if you will just sit on the edge of your seat, read between the subtitles, and see between those interlaced pixels, one age old and well throdded story line emerges ;
that same old story you've seen in movies the likes of Lolita, Taxi Driver, Leon the Professional, Little Lips, etc etc; that story about a man's kampfen to gain ownership of that fresh, tight, sparsely haired, early teen vagina without openly, expressly saying and doing so, consciously or otherwise.
and if you still have any doubts regarding this, all you have to do is to just look at our little Nina.
just look at her and all those upclose shots of her in this movie.
there's no way, no way anyone who isnt interested in big little girls could have came up with actress or shots as sensuous as these.
