I listened to only 5 min in... (to tired to listen to it's entirety) of the video and I get a bit of an 'extremest' vibe. I happen to agree with what the NY Mayor says, tho. If people cannot abide with the more lenient rules in place then more drastic measures do need to be taken to ensure the safety of the public as a whole. However, time limits also don't sound like such a bad idea. I'm sure in such extreme instances such as these- any new state legislation is being made without long-term underlying agendas. For example, just as we know the quarantines won't be a "forever" on-going measure etc.

Also, i look at the demographic the orator in the video was speaking of: Seattle. Seattle is a very demoCRAP/liberal oriented state- so, none of the whacked-out chit being spoken of on: calling 911 for idiotic infractions; such as, "hate speech" does NOT surprise me one iota.

This isn't a big deal - probably the commissioner got caught in a bind and didn't want to be insensitive and said "oh, call the police if that happens". Same thing he would have said about nearly anything. Like noisy neighbours, etc.
