It's jedi culture to treat non-jedis like shit. With the arabs they act openly, with brutal military force, because they can. For the rest of us, who they can't openly bully and kill, they act just as bad or worse, but they do their shit sneakily, with subversion and lies.
There is no peace with them. It's just not something they can comprehend, it's just not a cultural value they understand. You are either a slave or a threat.
