   Shelter in place means nothing, you can literally say you're on your way to Taco Bell and they will let you go because thats considered an essential life sustaining business. You could also just say you're going to Walmart for whatever, or to the park for a walk, or pretty much anything. Gamestop tried to say they were an essential business for selling computer keyboards that some people need in order to work from home.
