These companies literally treat you as dispensable end when they're done with you or simply got their SEO or other bullshit quite done fke the month or a period you're done they won't been fill another role for you or call you back for more work later no matter how food it was or really how objectively other people praise it. Literally one month your making a couple grand or even a few the next you're unemployed for months at a time and in those companies being male and white and with a creative degree it is just was not guaranteed and they witch you for he next person or cut back and lay you off in a second. Journalist and artists are constantly switching companies or jobs I've seen it on LinkedIn myself. And the only ones who do probably are people people unlike me who have connections to find the next one quick.
