Yeah. Ask any East European what they are and dig deep enough and they'll be something like 1/2 Russian, 1/4 Estonian, 1/4 Lithuanian.
If Ireland and Lithuania went to war, for some unlikely and godforsaken reason, we'd have like 100,000 13 year old Lithuanian loyalists on our soil just because their parents were born there during the 90s, even though they themselves could barely place the country on a map.
