I can understand you saying that about your job, and it’s not as much your job, as it is your commute. By the time you get home you’re exhausted and have no time to exercise. I bet it’s nice to take a walk on your property with your doggies.
But are you eating right? You know that’s a huge factor even if you can’t exercise.
Walking has been an issue too. I broke various bones in my foot and leg last April, when I lost a fight with a shovel and a bottle of whiskey, and since then I have been unable to exercise using my legs very well. Of course the big muscles are in the legs, and since then I've just blown up. I went from about 110kg to above 130kg today, even though I am fitter. About 90kgs is a good place for me to be, with my minimum being around 85kg, at which people complained I was too skinny. Although composition matters too - muscle is more dense than fat, so a strong and healthy 100kg is way more skinny than a fat 100kg.
The commute issue is something I know about. I'm thinking about buying in Dublin now. Hopefully Corona will drop prices a little, they're just silly right now.
