Somebody explain to me how to add an RSS feed onto a site

   I have a weebly site and can’t find the url for the rss. When I inspect page I find something that doesn’t have a full url just the body of it without http or www. Plus I’ve tried various combinations and it says page cannot be displayed or nothing on it.
