getting ridiculous now, mental gymnastics and weird word semantical jargon this and that. TECHNICALLLLLLY fire isn't even hot its just our perception of heat and if you pit against the rest of the things in the universe its actually one of the coldest things that there is, mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

Not that weird. A factory makes beef jerky and then tests the beef jerky to make sure they made the beef jerky like they were supposed to. It's only amusing if you think god is infallible, and if there's one aspect of god I have doubts about it's his supposed infallibility.

well yeah I mean it like, the concept of a mathematician printing a sheet of paper that says 2 = 2 and then looking at it and questioning it. Was that the dumbest fucking analogy you ever heard? :)

or did it make some part of the ice core softer.

You can get a pretty accurate estimate by measuring the ratio of different oxygen and hydrogen isotopes and comparing them against known values

And don't forget about the Thing, take Spot or Rover down there and next thing you know it's got two fucking heads.

And just asking but that big ass ice shelf sometimes breaks off so are they icebergs when it drifts into the Southern Ocean?
