What has the DOH been to able to achieve with any semblence of competence, or that hasn't been a complete trainwreck and embarassment to the entire country?
Is there any reason why this enormously expensive program should not be shut down?
To be fair, a lot of it is just otger departments that got reorganized under one much much bigger umbrella, but so far it's a massive utter failure in every way. I honestly don't really blame George Bush on this one, I think it was just a lot of bad luck and execution.
