When I was young I was a bit homosexual for Jesus. But I lived in a trap house and didn't go to school and I had to defend the home from chicken heads, barons and my mom who was on the hooch, violent and liked to smash windows.
I wanted a bible and one day some dudes knocked at my door so I thought I would troll them. They asked why I wasn't at school and I said I skipped school to play video games, they asked what game and it was Diablo 2 which they never heard of so I showed them the manual. They told me video games and Harry Potter are evil and stuff and they had a convincing argument. Then one of the dudes went to his car and came back with a Jehovahs Witness edition bible and a bunch of pamphlets about their church and I read it all.
They would come back and talk with me about religious things and they wanted me to join their church and go to bible study groups, they pushed it hard and I believed most of it and went to a few group studies with other potential converts for like a year. They wanted money but knew I was poor so they had to work it out with their elders. I got the impression they were just gonna both pay for me they were like my sponsers. It was a weird white dude and a brown guy that looked like Reggie from Nintendo.
In the end I didn't join though because I was in love with a wild young thing that liked to smoke meth and was a satanist. Not even kidding she was molested when she was 12 and was trying to kill herself and I wanted to save her but the church said not to interact with satanists.
I also didn't tell my parents what was going on and when I went to live with my mom they came to the house and asked for our new phone number and my mom thought they were catholic priests trying to rape me.
i dont know much about jehovas witnesses, Ive this girl for years I went to school with and her family were jehovas and were really nice people but in a way they were kinda odd, like something about this girl and her older brother but I couldn't put my finger on it.
