Not too interested in the video, but I can relate to that sort of thing for different reasons. I was in a maximum; security facility for a short period of time many years ago, and it's sort of like sensory deprivation in a way using hallucinogens. I've gone years with poor eye sight, and being harassed with energy weapons that are mostly sound-based.. The Nuestra, nortenos and other crime families have used sound as a weapon to ensure absolute loyalty and obedience of their members for a long time. Some of their ancestry (the amerindian side) had used sound in magic rituals/mind control for thousands of years prior to european colonization, also.
Interestingly, the secret societies (sometimes one and the same with the crime families) that control the prison systems also have a long history of using sound as a weapon.
