It appears as if the Boost Mobile $60 unlimited plan is truly unthrottled "high speeds". It's LTE, so it's not the fastest, but it works. $60 doesn't seem to bad(to me) for a cellular phone line, and a mobile hot spot. These can also(currently, although it looks like California is setting in a new law) be bought with cash and no identification/verification required. So they make a nice little anonymous internet connection. Some of the phones I've seen stores selling on the Boost Mobile network(which is Sprint) have phones as little as $10 and there is a $10 rebate that you get on the spot when you buy one and set up an account, so the phone is free.
So basically if you want an anonymous internet connection, pay a total of $60 for the monthly service, get the phone for free, use TOR or whatever you choose, then after a month passes by, repeat the whole process. You can scrap certain parts from the phone and toss the rest in some public trash can.
Are there any better options besides public WIFI?
