What is craY is how long the lifetime of systems in the 80s like commodore 64, the original new and Amiga lasted. The game I showed above was released in freaking 1990.

TheC64 is out, modern recreation of the C64 with HDMI output...should be a distributor in US in a couple of months.

I already made a raspberry pi powered one though a couple of years ago using a C64 shell, some 3D printed parts, the Pi and a Keyrah V2 keyboard interface.

What I dont ge is why you cant play any of these games or even games like eye of the Beholder on the iPad? You would think it would be a no brained. RPGs and dungeon crawlers work just fine on iPad.

Because of Apples restrictions on their app store, emulators are a no-no...should have got an android and then you could have, 100x the functionality for half of the price.

But one one could just officially port it or even the current license holders for iPad or release one of those Zaraz będę! Spectrum like emulators by paying a small commission to the license holders or better yet make a remake or a clone like the App Store has plenty of as well.

I mean there are just so ew hardcore western raps or old school retro pc games on the iPad and I dont get why. They have the spiderweb software games but what else? There was that 3d Mae rpg game but the sequel as never released for one reason on it but was for pc like four years ago and they promised but never delivered. Those Quest games suck imo. The Quest or hatever its called.. its like a poor mans version of even those games in the 1980s.
