I have the 10 and yes. OS sucks ass. no decent downloads except the Prime Video and Netflix and shit like that. it's all it's good for.
shitty cameras and shitty OS. but decent for viewing movies on the go. -

The pdf and epub software sucks too. They want you to buy their Amazon books. If I had bought this myself I'd have probably gotten an android tablet. -

this is why they're so cheap for a decent processor and screen
they're losing money to gain it back through their books. it's basicly a proprietary system for the company.
Yet I think there is ways to force Android for google and phone devices to work on here. there is a way but you have to manually install them like on how Linux OS makes you do.
I couldn't get puffin to work on it. it blocks the ap from installing even after it downloads. but I found a how-to video on youtube. I just havn't gone through the motions. -
