    When Totse switched over to the WWW, there was a huge outrage within the community. People liked things just the way they were, and many members expressed certainty that, once it went to the Web, the community would fall apart, and we had a pre-WWW community of at least 100,000 users, if not a million. And those members were right. Once it switched over, all the kidiots stared spamming up the boards almost immediately, the staff got corrupted by trying to play the socialist heroes of the story, and it was all downhill from that point. Totse used to be the jewel of the information age.
