Im starting to drink again

   I was somewhat sober for a while like one two beers a day some days none type sober. But i got so depressed lately. I just felt like fuck this shit. I literslly had no motivation for anything. So I am stsrting to drink again but hopefully not to the level it impedes me working out or makes me gsin much weight again.
