   On principle, I completely oppose the death penalty.
   
   But, once a millenium, someone truly reprehensible and deserving of such a fate comes along.
   
   This millenium, it is the asshole that decided that I need a separate adaptor just to be able to listen to music from my phone.
   
   I officially issue a fatwa on this asshole.
   
   Somebody find them so that we may right a truly indecent wrong.

   The 3.5mm jack is a no brainer. If it wasn't currently on phones, manufacturers would be rushing to add it.
   
   Of course Apple removed it right before announcing their "Airpods". And Samsung and Huawei did the same on their more upmarket devices just as they announced their own wireless headphone products. Hmmm.
