   Merely understand the fundamental nature of any spell: its symbolism, its intent, and [optionally] its caster. Knowing this, it's as simple as resisting. Your willpower vs their willpower. And you will always win, because their willpower is devoted to a spell whereas yours is devoted solely to one word: "NO".
   
   No amount of sacrifice can contradict this fundamental nature of all magick: defeating any spell is infinitely easier than using one.
