   No and devices are not identified over the internet by their MAC address.
   
   I think you can induce a webview to use your safari cookies so if you signed into google through safari or another app google can fast pass you through authentication.

    Doesn't have to be identified over the Internet. Any local script or plugin can grab it and send it out.
