Every time I think about it it seems more and more likely that fighting the Germans in the second world war was a huge mistake. Being an American I honestly feel like we were on the wrong side of history. Now I am no fan of national socialism but if America stayed isolationist and Germany didn't march on Russia I really think things would have played out differently and for the better of mankind.
It just kinda feels like my granddad fought the Krauts so that we could sully their land with dirty muslim immigrants. And it feels bad man.
