   lol, first time I've heard of these. clever too - they plug in as a regular USB device and use the 5v to charge a bunch of high-voltage capacitors... when they're full it dumps 220v back on the power line

    My junior and senior year of high school I went off to a trade school and they gave us all laptops to do our homework on. The laptops sucked and the internet sucked even worse back then. We had to plug in our internet card for wifi.
    Anyways...
    I had a shit ton of porn on it and I accidentally broke the screen.
    So before taking all my porn collection to the schools pc repairman I had to wipe it.
    All I did was strip off the ends of an extension cord and made some sparks by dragging it along every stupid board and gizmo I could find.
    
    They gave me a new laptop :)
