    MY comment was plainly stated. THEY got VERY emotional and took my lighthearted comment to heart as though I had just practically murdered the man, hence me needing to tell them to calm down. If i would've thrown in a "butthurt" in there i cant even begin to imagine the FLOOD of Republicans that would've turned beet red and tried to reach through their computer screens to wring my neck.

    As a matter of fact she recently applied for promotion within the division. The promotion would have meant she would be at my level, so would no longer report to me, which would solve my problem.

    She was unsuccessful, and so has begun the customary 40 days mourning - she has been stomping around in a lousy mood ever since. She literally looks like angry Jabba.

    I am pleased that she didn't get it, both as I like seeing her fail, and as I don't think she should be a manager as she is too unstable. If I reported to her instead of the other way around, my life would be (even more) shit right now.

    To be quite honest lot of the problem is due to my bosses, and how they had me address the situation.

    If I had had my way it might have been sorted.

    As it transpired the whole thing is a mess, and it is a mess I am glad to be getting out of.

    Someone even told me today that I looked like a weight had been lifted from me.
