He better fucking not have. One of the generals or whatever was basically saying he was going to move the troops instead of withdrawing them in spite of the presidents conflicting statements, and that's when I got worried that he may not have the power to actually pull them out (de facto, I'm not sure if he does de jure or not).
He needs to double down get them the fuck out STAT before it's too late.
