I am the founder of Talentism LLC, creators of Talent Architecture. Talent Architecture is a new way of thinking about building businesses that win. It is based on the insight that people realities drive business success, and that failure to design organizations based on what people are truly like usually leads to business defeat.
Talent Architecture uses a science and data-driven approach to design and build companies in which the culture, people design, strategy and talent are all consciously “architected” to reliably and predictably envision, select and achieve goals that create lasting business success.

Euphorion was based on the prediction that the Internet was going to require adaptive, flexible enterprise systems and service-oriented architectures to become a useful long-term solution to the IT departments. Euphorion developed and implemented unique software frameworks and methodologies called e-blox that reduced the risk of rapid change associated with deploying large-scale, Internet-facing enterprise applications. E-blox was one of the first development architectures based on XML and dynamic data exchange amongst distributed services.
In addition to its technology breakthroughs, Euphorion created an innovative culture and people design structure focused on reducing waste of potential, increasing every team member's ROI and structuring work based on strengths and opportunities.
