   was accused of a pedo ring at the Presidio San Francisco Army Base in the mid-late 80s.
   
   But he is most well known for the Church of Satan or SET (setian) with Anton Lavey
   
   
   I met or spoke a few times with him, last time was at my job near the Wharf in San Francisco no longer a business after 90 years.

   He may of not had anything to do with the pedo ring but most certainly knew people in it.
   
   He was at a dinner party decades ago my friends Parents through. I want to say Halloween 86 or the weekend of Halloween that year.
