    How are they
    DO you like them?
    how is the heating
How do they perform for gayming
I might get that or one of the thinkpads eventually for using at the library
I would like to be able to play TF2 and GTA Online, heating is a very important issue so I would like to know how well thinkpads handle that.
I had an ideapad once, it was nice but would overheat very easily, though this was back in 2009.

I like them. At the minute my laptop is a second hand ex-corporate Thinkpad T450s, and I love it.

You gotta be careful the chinks don't sell you some consumer grade crap, if you aren't paying way more than is reasonable you aren't going to get the full business grade hardware experience.

It doesn't have discreet graphics, and I don't play games on it, besides a little minecrap.

Yeah my flex5 is a 4k with an i7 4.0 and it's really nice, was a couple hundred cheaper than that

Currently using a T440p and have a W520 and T420 in storage. I appreciate the utilitarian design, that they're not pointlessly thin and light, and the fact that you can tear them down and replace/upgrade parts in 10 minutes. All have been pretty good but the GPUs in the older ones just aren't up to snuff for daily use in the present year.

For gaming? Why whould you get a thinkpad laptop, especially for gaming heavier games?
