   I have like ~200mg from a 250mg jar. Didn't like it at all. I've been holding onto it for like two years and haven't touched it and dont wanna do it again. Too strong a stim for me.
   
   You have to show me your mg scale tho, and pay for shipping. This isn't something you want to eyeball. I will put in a ~8mg-12mg scoop too.

   No it was just really cracked out feeling. Physical side effects definitely outweighed the benefits for me, but I also get chest pain from caffeine so stims just aren't my thing in general.
