   If these guys can function within a system designed to stop them and if people on the street are willing to take orders and even do hits giving them life sentences for a bunch of guys locked up in the most secure housing units and prisons what does that say about american society? If other countries dont have nearly as a problem nor do they have so many prisons, prisoners, gangs and places so secure, again what does that say about us society? How can the whole us government not be able to tackle the problem or stop these guys?
