    RNJ I know for a fact tobacco is not good for you given I have COPD from smoking tobacco it's the reason I switch to vape to taper off all of it. My breathing has gotten much better vaping than it was smoking. Thing is I enjoy smoking so it's taking a while. Before you even mention weed, it makes me sick so that's out

    You should taper off with synthetic tobacco/tobacco replacement. It burns clean and ez. Either that or use a dry herb vaporiser because that is basically like smoking mariJ nigga.
