Can't say a specific age, but depending on maturity level I would be fine with it. I hope he doesn't abuse shit the way I did, but weed is weed it is what it is. I had bad social anxiety growing up, if it weren't for drugs & alcohol I would of likely never come out of my shell. So believe it or not despite dark drug abuse at times they did more good for me than harm. So depending on what type of 13 year old he is I would be good with him smoking weed or firmly against it. So much of the problems in the world are the result of a one size fits all approach.

13 is too young imo. At that age their brains are still developing. It can cause permanent damage and condition them to the reward of drugs. Especially if not done responsibly, or in a bad crowd.

I'd probably say 16 at the lowest but even that's risky as far as brain development goes. It's at 25 or so it reaches homo stasis
