It kind of seems like if you have a large enough of an amount of water going through you quickly enough , your liver, kidneys, wherever else metabolites linger, wouldn't have enough time to make it into the urine. Wouldn't work if it gets sent to the lab tho. Although I've heard of eating alot of creatine supplements for prior days before the test then doing the preload drinking a shitload of watch before the test could word.

yes it does. If you drink enough water you WILL get a "dilute" result, which at least for an employer test can not legally cause you to fail. Even if it gets lab tested like mine, if it is diluted enough they will not get enough values to test it.
Don't go crazy on creatine, they will detect that. Multivitamin for yellow colour is fine though, don't take a bunch though.

You have to drink like a gallon or more within 2 hours of the test though, and also you want only midstream pee in the cup, start and end in the toilet.
