   companies get a boner over metrics because they make it easier to create predictions and projections than relying on individual capability

   I prefer creativity over predsctibility. And nothing is predictsble anyway the market responds in diff ways hence why creativity triumphs any sort or projection. The reason I say this is because on my facebook I constantly see events in warsaw like metric driven company, marketing in todays digital age, etc. etc. same song diff event. Its like theya re so fsr behind the west but want to aggressively push their crap.
