Been applying around for a new job recently, most if not all request to identify your race, gender, vet status, w/e.
As a while male aka LITERAL NAZI, is it even worth it do it?
Seems like it would work against my favors.
One company I applied to actually had everything defaulted as not to disclose, that was really cool of them for doing that.
Anyone with behind the scenes experience knows how this gets calculated or if it even really matters?

that's pretty gay. here typically you're just asked for age, sex and ATSI status (aboriginal/torres strait islander, ie. seaboong) because the latter is legally protected under affirmative action.
I would just fill it in, but I'd also reconsider applying for somewhere that asks for my race or 'chosen gender' etc.

I think asking age or gender is illegal in Canada unless it's like a job where you need to be a certain age

EOO forms are entirely optional and your employer doesn't see them. If it's something else I wouldn't fill it out if that is an option

I still would. Affirmative action is a bitch but they still hire white people
If nothing else, do you have any percentage of anything non white? Identify as that if you do
Hell the "white/native American" thing is so played out that you could probably be straight Aryan and still get away with it
Yeah you could, and thats a good one to have too indians get tons of free shit
