Just depends what it is. Everyone breaks laws all day errr day. You can't even call someone a fag over the internet these days jokingly with out ending up in jail cell in some places. Some laws are stupid though like j walking. this girl got arrested by the uni in my hood for j walking while actually j jogging. Got totally jammed up.
I do it all of the time in front of cops and nothing has ever happened to me. I got flicked off awhile back by a cop because I was krunk and just walked in front of his car and he almost hit me, that would of been on him though ultimately because pedestrians have the right away no matter what, the gont was pissed
